The world a tap away. How we improved Latam´s connection.
Claro, the lider telecommunications company in Latin America, needed to simplify the access to their Internet plans. The goal was to create an easily accesible product for any user, including those with outdated devices, that would allow to buy Internet access at any time. To do so, we designed a simple and fast web App, where people can buy access packs on their devices in an instant. With Packs Ya! we created a product from scratch that gained exponential growth. What was at first an alternative selling channel ended up being the second most important one for the company, available in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.  View more
