We developed a comprehensive and flexible platform to launch 20 niche sites for Debate Media in Mexico. The challenge was to create a fast, scalable, easy-to-maintain product with strong visual flexibility, capable of adapting to different topics and audiences.

The solution was built in React, using the Bluestack CMS as the content management system. Starting from a shared HTML and CSS foundation, we created a system that maintains a common technical structure while giving each site its own identity through design, navigation, and content variables.

Brand development

Working closely with the client, we developed the 20 brands that would define the identity of these new media sites. We researched each niche—from beauty and health to science, technology, and finance—and created the naming, logos, and look & feel for each site, while respecting the personality of every vertical.

A product designed for both users and the editorial team

At the same time, we designed a standard site model adaptable to all brands and content types. The focus was placed on key indicators such as loading speed, scroll depth, session duration, and ad viewability.

We created a block-based, editable homepage with predefined modules that can be activated, deactivated, and rearranged according to the needs of each editorial team.

The results

The goal was to build a low-cost model with simple maintenance. Thanks to this standardized approach, we were able to launch each site in just two weeks. In addition, any improvement or new feature can be rolled out simultaneously across the entire network of sites.

The result was a flexible, efficient, high-performance editorial platform aligned with Google Core Web Vitals standards.
